Noble gases are inert because they have a full outer electron shell, making them very stable and unreactive. As a result, noble gases do not readily form compounds with other elements, making them inert. **

It is not safe to dispose of fireworks by submerging them in water, as this can still pose a risk of accidental detonation. It is best to contact your local fire department or hazardous waste disposal facility for guidance on how to properly dispose of fireworks. They will be able to provide you with the safest and most appropriate method for disposal. **
